3. Returning Physical Goods

You must return the item within 14 days of informing us.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless defective.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds for Physical Goods
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds include the product price and the standard delivery cost originally paid (if applicable).
Additional delivery upgrades (express shipping, premium delivery) are non-refundable.

5. Digital Products and Activation Keys
For digital content supplied electronically (including game keys, downloadable games, and in-game items):

6. Faulty or Invalid Digital Products

If the defect is confirmed, we will:
provide a replacement key or product, or
issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.
7. Legal Guarantee (EU Consumer Rights)
